At WATC STUDIO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
